CoreTrace aims to connect data to impact without growing tech stacks

The CoreTrace story
"The idea behind CoreTrace emerged during my PhD reserach. I kept seeing the same problem across logistics businesses and I couldn't understand why so many logistics businesses were data rich but insights poor. The potential was there, it was just not being realised. Why?
It dawned on me that the problem was that data and impact weren't connected. Either data sat on virtual shelves without getting a second glance, either it was packaged in dashboards and KPIs that hid its variability. Either way, data was disconnected from the typical decisions in logistics businesses.
This insight became the starting point for CoreTrace. The idea was to reconnect data with what actually happens on the ground, and turn information into something practical again. Not providing just another tool, but clearer understanding."
